Mango Smoothie with Sago

Ingredient

Sago, small size, boiled and cool down     150    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup   100   g
Ripe Mango, small dices     300    g
Whipping Cream    50     g
Yoghurt, Natural Flavor     100     g
Crushed Ice     500    g
Lime Juice   2   tsp
Salt   1/4  tsp

Method

1.Mix cooked sago with Hale’s Blue Boy Cream Soda Syrup. Pour into a glass

2.Mix ripe mango with whipping cream, salt, yoghurt, lime juice and crushed ice. Blend in juice mixer well.

3.Pour into prepare glass with sago. Decorate with fresh fruits. Serve cold immediately.





Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
