Hawaiian Shrimp Cocktail Salad

Ingredient

Green Leaves Salad, Lettuce
Capsicum, 3 colors, diced
Tomatoes, wedged
Shallots, sliced
Pineapple, diced
Shrimp, cooked     250     g
Whole Pineapple, remove all flesh for making basket     50    g
Clear Salad Dressing    1   pcs
Ingredients for making Clear Salad Dressing    
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup     300     g
Salt   1   tsp
Ground Pepper     1     tsp
Red Chili, crushed   1     tbsp
Garlic, finely chopped     1   tbsp

Method

            
1. Decorate vegetable and cooked shrimps in pineapple basket. Serve with clear salad dressing.

Method (for Clear Salad Dressing)

1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with all ingredients. Heat and bring to boil. Leave to cool completely and serve.






Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
