Shallots, sliced | ||
Pineapple, diced | ||
Shrimp, cooked | 250 | g |
Whole Pineapple, remove all flesh for making basket | 50 | g |
Clear Salad Dressing | 1 | pcs |
Ingredients for making Clear Salad Dressing | ||
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 300 | g |
Salt | 1 | tsp |
Ground Pepper | 1 | tsp |
Red Chili, crushed | 1 | tbsp |
Garlic, finely chopped | 1 | tbsp |
Method
1. Decorate vegetable and cooked shrimps in pineapple basket. Serve with clear salad dressing.
Method (for Clear Salad Dressing)
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup with all ingredients. Heat and bring to boil. Leave to cool completely and serve.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
