Hawaiian Crispy Noodle

Ingredient

Shrimps, diced     100   g
Chicken Breast     100     g
Pineapple, diced     50   g
Capsicum, green     50   g
Onions, diced     50   g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup     300    g
Lime Juice      40     g
Rice Vermicelli    1   pack
Salt    ½   tsp

Method

1.Sprinkle some water on rice vermicelli and deep fry in hot oil till golden. Set aside.
2.Deep fry all meat and vegetable in hot oil.
3.Sautee onion with vegetable oil till there is nice aroma. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup, salt and lime juice. Cook over medium heat till thickened.
4.Add deep fried rice vermicelli, meat and vegetable. Stir to combine. Put on the plate and decorate with chili and coriander. Serve immediately.




Remark :  Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
