Deep Fried Shrimp Salad with Pineapple Tartar Sauce

Ingredient

Banana Shrimp, shell removed, tailed attached            5    pcs
Egg, beaten                            1   pcs
Salt and ground pepper                       1/8     tsp
All Purpose Flour and Breadcrumbs for coating
Chill Vegetable Salad and Pineapple Tartar Sauce
Vegetble Oil for Deep Fry

Mayonnaise, chilled                  200    g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup        60     g 60     g
Egg Yolk, hard boiled and mashed           1     pcs
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup       60   g
Egg Yolk, hard boiled and mashed                 1     pcs
Caper, finely chopped                       1     bsp
Pickled Cucumber                         1     tbsp

Method

        
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on shrimps. Lightly coat with all purpose flour and dip in beaten egg. Coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden. Set aside.
2. Decorate chilled vegetable salad in the bowl. Place deep fried shrimps and serve with pineapple tartar sauce.

Method (for Pineapple tartar sauce)

1. Mix everything with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup till well combined. Set aside.


Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
