Mini Cream Soda Donut

Ingredient

All Purpose Flour
Instant Dry Yeast for Sweet Dough 
Bread Improver
Milk Powder 100 g
Sugar 160 g
Butter, salted 100 g
Shortening 50 g
Eggs, whole 3 Pcs
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup 200 g
UHT Milk 200 g
Vanilla Powder 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tbsb
Vegetable Oil for Deep Fry
Royal Icing for Coating 
Ingredients (for Cream Soda Royal Icing) 
Icing Sugar  300 g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup   280 g
Shortening 25 g

Method

Method (for mini donuts)
1. Mix all purpose flour, instant dry yeast for sweet dough, bread improver, salt, milk powder, vanilla powder, baking powder and sugar together in mixing bowl.
2. Add eggs, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and milk. Knead just to combine. Add butter and shortening. Knead till smooth and well mixed.
3. Cut and scale at 20 g each. Make round balls and proof till double in size.
4. Deep fry the dough in hot oil till golden on both side. Leave to cool. Decorate with Cream Soda Royal Icing. Leave to set and decorate with melted chocolate.
Method (for Cream Soda Royal Icing) 
1. Mix all ingredients together. Heat up and mix till dissolved. Remove from heat and use warm to coat donuts.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
