Cream Soda Sticky Rice with Sweet Egg Floss

Sweet Egg Floss (both yolk and white), Sweet Egg Yolk Drops and Jelly for Decoration |
Method
1. Rinse glutinous rice thoroughly. Add water to cover and leave overnight. Strain. |
2. Steam rice in steamer at medium heat (boiling water) with muslin cloth underneath for approximately 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, pour in a mixing bowl. |
3. Mix UHT coconut milk with salt and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Heat till very hot on medium heat. |
4. Pour coconut milk mixture into rice bowl. Stir well to combine and cover the bowl for 20 minutes. |
5. Scoop sticky rice in tart flan ring. Press till firm and wait till set. Remove from flan. Decorate with sweet egg floss, sweet egg yolk drops and jelly. Cut into slices and serve. |
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
