Cream Soda and Coconut Sweet Paste

Ingredient

Rice Flour

Evaporated Milk

250

g

Limestone Water

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup

Arrowroot Flour

Silicone Mould, any preferred shape

Grated Coconut Flesh

Method

1. Mix rice flour with arrowroot flour. Set aside.

2. Mix evaporated milk with limestone water and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Gradually add into flour mixture. Keep mixing till smooth. Strain with muslincloth.

3. Pour batter in brass saucepan. Keep stirring over medium heat till cooked and batter sticks to spatula. Remove from heat.

4. Put the batter in prepared silicone mould. Leave to warm and freeze till set. Remove from mould and serve with grated coconut.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
