Cream Soda and Coconut Sweet Paste

Method
1. Mix rice flour with arrowroot flour. Set aside. |
2. Mix evaporated milk with limestone water and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Gradually add into flour mixture. Keep mixing till smooth. Strain with muslincloth. |
3. Pour batter in brass saucepan. Keep stirring over medium heat till cooked and batter sticks to spatula. Remove from heat. |
4. Put the batter in prepared silicone mould. Leave to warm and freeze till set. Remove from mould and serve with grated coconut. |
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
