Pineapple Yoghurt Granita
Ingredient
Pineapple, diced | 300 | g |
Yoghurt, natural flavor | 150 | g |
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 200 | ml |
Lime Juice | 2 | tsp |
Salt | 1 / 4 | tsp |
Pineapple, thinly sliced, and Maraschino Cherry in Syrup for decoration | ||
Method
1.Mix pineapple with salt, lime juice and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup together. Blend well in juice mixer. Pour in container and freeze well.
2.Pour yoghurt into the glass, approximately 1 / 4 of the height. Use the spoon to scrape pineapple granite and fill to the top. Decorate with fresh pineapple and Maraschino cherry.
